how to treat arisens??

ab a yr ago i started having these bumps that were obviously infected bc they had yellow pus.  they are very hard and i have to o continually drain them.  it all the sudden got so bad that i started running a high fever bc of it...so i went to the emergency room.  the doctor said it was sort of like an arisen, that it was highly contagious and 2 wash my body with antibacterial soap. so i did.  they seemed to have started going away, but as soon as i ran out of the medicine they cvame back.  i dont have med insurance and i dont want to keep paying every visit and it not help.  i just want to know what i can do to get rid of them.
