Annual physical was yesterday.....
I was so happy yesterday morning when I weighed myself & I was under 170LB.  I did a happy dance & everthing.  Yesterday afternoon I was weighed in at the Doctor's office & I was 177.5 :-(   I told the doctor he broke my heart & crushed my dreams. He told me my 1/2 hour  exercise three times a week  was not good enough & I need to bump it up to 45 minutes 5 times a week with a working heart rate around 136.  I told the doctor I hated him.  The doctor told me to cut way down on pasta & breads.  The doctor is lucky I let him live.
So I went & turned in my Zoloft for my PMDD.  I went home & exercised for 45 min on the treadmill.  Trying to keep my heart rate around 136.  Cursing the doctor with every step.  The cursing did keep me motivated.  This morning when I picked up my meds I bought a new scale.  As I opened it, I hoped against hope that the new scale would tell me I was still under 170.  No Luck 175.6 is my new weight.  175.6 is what I put in my new weight tracker.
My mother tried to comfort me by telling me I lost the same amount of weight even if my total weight was wrong.  I know this in my head, but my head isn't where I need to lose weight.
So wish me luck on my new weight loss goal,15.6lbs & keep the angel hair & alfredo out of my sight.

I hate those scales at the doctor office, they always weigh me at least 4 lbs heavier than I weigh at home, even if they weigh me 30 mins after I weighed at home.  I need a dr. office scale at home so I won't be in shock!  Alternatively, keep weighing yourself, since it's the overall loss that is important, and stand on the scale backwards at the dr. office so you can't see what their scale says.  Good luck!

My doctor's scale ALWAYS says I'm 5 pounds heavier than MY scale says - *I* think they don't have their scales set on zero - just to get us to work out more and eat less......................

When I went to visit my endo a couple of weeks ago, my appt was at 8:30 in the morning - not a lot of time there to build excess fluid, eat a lot, etc.......MY scale said 145; HIS scale was right on 150 - yep, I think they are out to sabotage our efforts.......lol

Don't give up...........
