Today was the first day I worked out with my group in 2 weeks. Looking at my tracker you can tell that its been 2 weeks since I've been on this site and I haven't made much progress in those 2 weeks. Now, its cemented in my mind how integral this group is to my motivation. I keep a separate tracker on yahoo and I'm going to only weigh into this tracker each Thursday now. I'm trying to find away to keep my motivation now that I'm at my half-way point. I'm going to use a 2 week time frame on yahoo and keep this tracker for the whole journey.
