SCARED TO DEATH. someone please assure me

okay, yesterday my sister pinched me hard in the sides like under my ribs.
and im scared i have internal bleeding !
i went to the bathroom and my stool was like a brick color brown with like a hint of red.
last night for dinner i had two big pieces of cannaloni with mariana sauce, a piece of pizza and garlic bread with cheese dipped in marinanra sauce.
is it the food that changed my stool color?
i have fissures so i get streaks of blood, i have cuts on my anus from straining myself too hard. and i might possible have a hemroid.
i dont have any other symptoms except i feel gassy but i cant pass gas.
is this internal bleeding?!
or just the food.
please help.

No, it's not internal bleeding. I am certain, beyond the shadow of a doubt. Do not be worried.
You should reprimand your sister, or rat on her to your parents, or follow the aphorism, 'an eye for an eye'. I have no sympathy for anyone who would cause another to be worried for their life, or have a panic attack, no matter how unfounded. I myself am a sufferer of panic attacks. If you have them frequently, you should go to see your doctor, or your psychiatrist if you have one. I have tried /every medication under the sun/, SSRI, SNRI, Atypicals, Antipsychotics, Mood stabilizers, anticonvulsants, GABAergic drugs, Tricyclics, and NOTHING helped, and everything actually made it much worse, before I was put on Klonopin 1mg BID PRN. Any other benzodiazepine might work, as well, but Klonopin is less sedating and a stronger anxiolytic. These drugs are miracles when used as required, not daily. Daily meds, for me, cause many side effects and a worsening of panic.

It was probably just what you ate that caused the color change.. Your probably a o.k. but it is not helping if your giving yourself panic attacks trust me on that one...dont know if meant panic attack metaphorically or literally.

Intra-abdominal bleeding may be hidden and present only with pain, but if there is enough blood loss, the patient may complain of weakness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, and other symptoms of shock and decreased blood pressure. Once again, the symptoms depend upon where in the abdomen the bleeding occurs.
* If there is gastrointestinal bleeding, the patient may vomit bright red blood, or if it has been in the stomach for a period of time, the vomit may look like coffee grounds. Bowel movements may be bloody or they may be black and tarry, again depending upon the location of the bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract.

I am no stranger to panic attacks....I know what your going through, but yes...it was just a pinch. Your gonna be fine.
