today was chest and legs. worked on the bencg ( bench press, decline, and incline), also did butterflies ( couldnt do more than 50 lbs because it hurt my back too bad), also did military bench press ( moved up to 45 lbs), sit ups on the decline bench ( 2 sets, 1st did 60, 2nd 55) also worked our inner thigh and groin area on two leg machines
