I feel much, much better since making changes to my lifestyle.
I have completely eliminated gluten and dairy from my diet.
I have been drinking more water, and
I have been eating more fresh fruit and veg.
Only slight problem is that I do think I need to tweak my medication/supplements a bit as I have developed some "hyper" symptoms or symptoms that could mean I am over-medicated.
And - I have lost weight - which unusually is a good thing for me as my boyfriend said I had some fat around my middle and this has since gone when I went dairy and gluten free. :)
I think I have gotten somewhere at long last but only time will tell. :D
