Well I decided to try "Chantix" finally to quit smoking.
I've also decided to:
Eat 3 meals a day vs. two, drink more plain H20 (~7 glasses a day), will still probably snack on my rabbit food. I am glad for the new weight tracker. My problem is more in proportion size for dinner.
Walk on my treadmill at ~2mph. & incline at 3 for 40 minutes or so untill I can move my speed up. Not even going to watch my HR. Just walk and work up a sweat.
GOAL TO ALL OF THIS: Gain my control and life back to do the things I want to without a health issue hanging over my shoulders like a grim reaper. Tired of the cigarette monkey ripping me up by inhaling the toxic waste that I think I like but, it's the Devil in the monkey just lying to me..
TAKING CONTOL OF MY LIFE FOR A CHANGE! I'M DOING IT "JUST FOR ME" THIS TIME BABY..............Bo ya!
