I have been busy with appts, lunches with my sister and physicl therapy. I have learned so much going thru this situation of decreased leg function and pain. I try to be faithful on exercises and keep track of the little steps I succeed in accomplishing. To share with my friends: Today I had 2 big achievements. I was able to lay down and bring my right leg up and on the couch with no physical assistance of my hand or orther foot. That is the first time since March. I have learned to truely never take the function of my body for granted. Every littel step is just so cool to me. I thank God everyday for the strength he gives me and the ability to be grateful. I also have been able to walk very short distances with the cane and my hubby providing support. I still have to use the quadwheel walker due to getting so easily tired. But every new process is a bright spot. To anyone out there who may be experiencing difficulty and restrictions physically always remember to take little steps, there may be great days followed by set backs, don't give up. I believe prayer has been the most important aspect of my achievements. I have to always be honest in the fact that I may not ever totally recover but I can always strive for improvement. Never forget no matter how difficult things may seem there are always others worse of and may not have all the support of family I am so lucky to have. Everyone have a great day. julia
