Extremely Lightheaded

I'm suffering from one of the worst episodes of lightheadedness I've expereiced thus far. The room is almost spinning, like I'm drunk (only without the lack of inhibition and giddiness). Every muscle in my body hurts...arms, legs, neck, even my hands and fingers are weak and don't want to move. Typing this is slow and difficult. I can't wait until the end of this workday...only 40 more minutes and I can go home and crash. It's Friday night, and I'm too pooped to even care.
