Today I have been using HCG for weight loss for 3 months. I have made incredible progress and there is no way I could have done this without HCG.

My start weight was 245 today I weighed in at 206,8 a whopping 38.2 lbs in 90 days. That is .42lbs a day!

My typical meal is 3.5 oz of grilled chicken no fat added in cooking.
an apple, handful of strawberries or half a grapefruit
vegetable, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, cabbage, asparagus, chard, chickory, spinach, onion, radish, celery, minimum 2 cups of the vegetable some are more than 2cups
an Itallian or "grissini" breadstick

I feel great I have dropped dress sizes and everyone has noticed my weight loss, please look at my photos, i think i may have actually put them on my baby page...lol
