never give up/thank you everyone for your prayers.

I I had to share today with all my friends. I hope I am not boring or upsetting anyone by being so focused on my physical difficulities. I have tried to share the positive as well as the negative. So...here goes after a week of no significant improvement in my right leg function I was blessed with God's basket of healing being sprinkled all over me. 1. I took a shower this a.m. and for the first time I was able to wash and dry my legs by myself. 2. I was able to get outside and walk in my front yard unassisted and without a walker, for about 5 minutes but a first in over 6 months. The most signifcant sign of God's healing power was my ability to finally lift my lower leg up by itself for about 5 sec. Previously I could only lift my leg if I used my hand.. The doctor called it a floopy leg as that is what it did. This is the area that has shown no significant improvement in a long time. Yes I have been faithful in doing my PT. However, I need to give credit where credit is due.. To everyone that has said prayers for me, and to my God for answering those prayers Thank you . We never know when or how God will answer our prayers, but we know without a doubt he will answer them. Thank you again everyone..

Oh Stubby, I'm so glad to hear this! Thank you so much for sharing. You've been such an inspiration with your upbeat, cheerful attitude despite all your trials you've had to go through. I have been so blessed to read your journals. Praise God for these good signs! We will continue to pray for total healing! God bless you, Stubby.
