Neuroopthamologist

May 16, 2008 04:33AM - 0 comments

Saw the neuroopthamologist today.

The good part about the appointment was that I was not asked to pay.

The bad thing was I waited for 2 1/2 hours to see him.

I got two sentences out of him.

"Everything looks great, I'll see you next year.  By the way please keep a symptom diary it could be helpful."

I know the report said no changes - but that doesn't mean that all is fine.  There are white spots and there is a pituitary abnormality

I can only hope he didn't see the blood test results showing very high prolactin levels (that I had slipped in next to the MRI report).  Because if he did see it and didn't comment or ask if it's being treated, I would lose all respect for him.

I didn't have the energy to aks him any questions.  Still having tummy troubles.  Thanked him and said, yes, I'll see you in a year.
