I cannot believe I got another BFN - WTF is going on? Everything is perfect on paper so what is the deal?
Now DH and I need to make the decision if we want to continue clomid or start injectables.... any advice?

If everything looked good on paper, I would say to go forward with injections. I guess it also depends on how long you have been using clomid. I used it for 3 months before moving to injections. The worst thing about injections is the cost. It is very time-consuming as well.
