Today is day 9 off of Stadol NS and day 4 completely off of Lortab.  I basically went ct as my taper was 3 days on both.  I don't feel as anxious today.  Sleep has been great--dreaming in technicolor.  The hardest thing is eating.  I still have basically no appetite and chronic diarrhea.

I am very anxious about going to work tomorrow, but maybe getting my mind off of myself will be a good thing.

I only took 4    5 mg Valium throughout this process, so if I have to take one before work in the morning, I am not going to beat myself up.

Going to the gym, talking to God, talking to family and friends are the things that have helped.  Immodium does absolutely no good whatsoever.
