Armour Thyroid medication change

TSH bloodwork result:  0.11

Doctor is reducing Armour Thyroid from 30mg once a day to 15mg once a day.  Next bloodwork in 8 weeks will include TSH and a Vitamin D test (due to bone pain and muscle pain).

I took a printout of this tracker to my doctor's appointment today. The doctor wasn't familiar with this website, and took time to review my most severe symptoms.  He asked to include the printouts in my medical record.  =)
