Diet and Exercise



Yah... I am a slacker. I was doin hella good. But I slacked off before and after the move and now Ive put five lb back on AND Im now behind in my time completed vs weight loss completed.
Time to knuckle down for deal
No more splurge days while Im in SF
No more non fruit midnight snacks.... goodbye sour cream and onion chips, lol
And no more fish and chips

I want to be down to a size 14 by september 21st. Thats my birthday. I want to look adorably cute and not this big.
Id be happy with that, and I think its doable.

I have a total gym and some tapes to follow along with.... so with proper diet and exercise I can do this
