This is another day. A new day to start again. Yesterday I weight in and I am at 219.4. This is excellent. When I went to see the doctor I was at 234 lbs. I started this blog at 233 lbs, and I am almost 15 lbs down. Just need to focus. I started yesterday with diet of 1000 calories per day no less than 800 calories, and did great.
I had a fiber one bar at 120 cal. Smart Pop corn at 15 calories per cup and had about 30 calories. Applesauce at 90 calories. Had another fiber one bar at 130 cal. My dinner was six crackers at 50 cal. chicken was 130, had turnips at 10 calories (1/4 cup), had beans at 60 cal (1/4 cup), cottage cheese 45 cal (1/4 cup). Had also trail mix of almonds,raisins, cranberries and dark chocolate 130 cal . For a total of 795 calories on 8/12/09.
Lets see how we do again...
