Day 2 Period

Day 2 Period, still just spotting, very little brown discharge in morning, then after noon had a little red discharge, and then brown again, but still nothing that needs a pad. Took a pregnancy test, it was negative. Usually heavy bleeding on day 1 and 2, moreso on day 2, so this is not normal, especially since i'm taking meds to regulate my periods.
