I know heather. Gotta keep that prize at the end in sight. (Weight loss, feeling better, etc...)
But it's hard when you crave it! I have been finding it's starting to get a little easier every day. Except the glass of orange juice I had last night cause I was craving some, I haven't had a lot of extra sugar since Monday. I haven't even had a pop in about 5 days or so! I'm pretty proud of myself for that!
