It began as I journeyed home

Tonight I had a headache, no surprise there.
It began at about 21.30 and lasted a good few hours till 00.00 before fading a bit. In its more intense stage I cried through the pain. I was alone, I am alone and will only cy if I am alone. The headache seemed to be triggered by light when I was in the dark of the night with only bus lights, shop light and lamp pots giving light. I know I do not cope well in poorly light areas, then again I do not cope well in bright sunlight. I do not believe that light was the only trigger, For that entire day I had consumed one yougurt, one doughnut, some mango juice and two cups of earl grey tea. These is not my usual diet. For one reason or another I did not get hungry. Although when I got home I ate some wholebread, cereal and a yougurt and had a cup of tea. The headache did not lessen with this food intake.
I believe my headache only lessened in intensity because i took two tablets having failed to be able to sleep.
And even though I have put the session to end at 1.00 am the headache is still present. It is just that I do not intend to be awake to track it any longer.  So the session on this Wednesday morning is included in this entry.
