Lower Shoulder blade pain/

Today i noticed the pain in my shoulder (Lower back,rib area) is really sore and since I found the spot and was having husband press on it cause it seems to be like a knot, I've been getting a really tiered dull ache down the back of my left arm.
I;ve also noticed I have the same pressure point in my right shoulder as in my left where all the pain seemed to start,right on the outer top of shoulder,I have a lump or bump that is very tender to touch. The pain in lower back/rib area is like there is someone standing behind me with a finger or two pressed into my back.
