Don't Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will.
When the road your trudging seems uphill.
When your feeling low and the stress is high.
And you want to smile but you have to sigh.
When worries are getting you down a bit.
By all means pray----and don't you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out.
GOD's hidden gift in the clouds of doubt.
You never can tell how close you are---
It may be near it seems so far.
So trust in the Lord when your hardest hit...
It's when things go wrong that you must not quit!!!

I've stood on the sandy banks by a crystal blue sea
shimmering sunlight shining down on me
Tasted tiny snowflakes on a windy winter's day.
Lord, I marvel at Your works and it makes me want to say.

And the power of your love sweeps me away.

I have walked on sorrow's shore with no sunlight at all
Darkened by a stain of sin that came from a fall.
But You wash me in the beauty of Your cleansing rain.
Now I see what I've become in You and I've just got to say.

You amaze me, You amaze me and the power of Your love sweeps me away.
Mama told me the story and it never grows old.

We are so blessed to walk the path that others made, setting examples smoothed by their tears and prayers.....the greatest Sacrifice was made long ago and that Guiding Hand reaches out. It has always been our choice whether we take it.
