So i dont have PCOS but i have the potentional as my GP pretty much told me, his exact words being "cysty areas"
so this is how my metformin journey is starting.
I am on one 500mg tablet after dinner each night for two weeks and if tolerated (eg not too much side affects such as tummy pains and diarreah) i am to increase to 2 500mg tablets at night after dinner.
Lets see how we go!!
btw its day 2 now and ill be having my 3rd tablet tonight so far it was only the first day after my tablet the night before that i had tummy upset and diarreah - still have my appetite and no other changes as yet.
