Ok I am really doing this. This is day 3 for me with no norcos. Yeah! I am really scare of these suboxones but will stay focused on my goal. Slept ok last night. Had trouble staying asleep but did well. Off to work I go! o

Fear is an emotion, try to remember that and not feed into it. Day 3 is major for you, keep going and keep telling yourself to look forward and not backward. Keep walking to a better future and remember when the craving comes, it will not last forever, and for one hour at a time, you can do this! Hang In
