It has been 1 month after i got an sprained ankle and i am relatively much better, because the first week was really swollen and it hurt... The thing is that it is still a bit swollen towards the outside of the ankle like bottom round and i am afraid, if i do exercises the swollen will not go away. I did not go to the doctor, because i thought it will go away eventually, but i did rested it and had been putting ice bags at least once a day.
Does anyone know, if a bit of exercises will do good to it after a little bit more than a month???
