Having to reduced my diet to meat and vegetables is not an easy task in Carb Country.  Just try to order such a meal in any fast food restaurant. Did I mention that I can only afford to eat in such places?  Where can I get a steak or grilled chicken for 4.99? Of course I could prepare my meals at home, but I am not a good cook.

Constant hunger is another problem.  It seems that I need a good cup of rice or a beagle to keep me from eating every 2-3 hours.  I hate snacking and I miss three good, hearty meals a day.

Enough of the nagging.  I am tired of myself and my childish attitude.  It is time to move on.  Food can't be an instrument to please my palate.  I believe that if I stop focusing on food as much as I do, I will be able to  manage my diet efficiently.
