Two weeks ago I started having these intense moments of sweats multiple times during the day. The sweats are mostly from my forehead. My arms and hands get soaked. As this occurs, I feel somewhat distracted and confusion. My doctors say its anxiety. I have anxiety and panic disorder, but this is occuring more frequently. I'm 50 years old.Can this be hot flashes?

Let;s face it your doctor is probably right but you can ease the anxiety and stress by supplementing your diet with MARINE grade okinawan coral calcium This simple supplement will provide your body with 72 other essential minerals and calcium of course and will greatly reduce your symptoms especially anxiety attacks.I have known many women who have found relief with this product. You should only purchase this at a health food store.I have never seen a good product on the shelf at the drugstore. You should take between 2000 to 3000 mgs daily.
                                                                                                                Good health to you

Hi Jovan1000,

I will look into your suggestion. Thank's!
I'm so confused and willing to try anything, because it's happening at home and in public. My menes just stopped going on two months. I'm getting hot and cold all night long, but no sweats during that time.
