Due the outrageous 7lb weight gain & constant bloating, I've been closely observing my diet & it seems that carbs may be the culprit, particularly glutens.
I feel fine after eating low carb, high protein - that carbs being potatoes & such.
I will be avoiding gluten heavy carbs starting today.
Already I've had a noticeable decrease in bloating & distention. Yay!
Now the weight...
