I had a lumbar fusion of the L5-S1 in march of 2007 my pain is worse now. My Dr. has ordered a discogram if this is positive what are my options

I fell over a year ago and had a lubar fusion of the L5-S1 and now my pain is worse I feel extreme pressure on my lower spine area. what are the options I have left after a discogram should I get a CT mylogram? If the discogram is positive what are my options? I believe they are doing the L4 and L3 as a test.
