lot of pain & pressue

I have been having these attack's where i can't get any air it hurt's where they went into my groin 8 times it starts there and goes up into my chest and up my neck down my arm's it feel's like you could stick a pin into me to relieve the pressure. i have cad and 1 stent replaced 8 times any suggestions would be grearly appreicated.
