I didn't workout Wednesday like I had plan.. Decided to stay home :( my babies where sick .. I did want to leave them alone with daddy): but I workout yesterday.. I had a great workout :) cardio 40min ....30 min jogg 8 laps=2miles... + weight training upper body (everything)
