I weighed today after drinking a big glass of orange juice, but I don't know that that would be enough to explain all of the increase in weight. I'm thinking I probably am still dehydrated, too. I'm wondering if I should expect more weight gain soon because I think I've been eating some fatty stuff recently. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
Oh, but I did just remember that I got up at 1:30 this morning and had a meal, so I expect that's still waiting around in my tummy to be digested...maybe that's a bit of the excess weight?
