lens capsule

i am posting this question with high hopes that someone out there can help me.
my right eye has had a cataract operation, 13 years ago, but now the capsule that accommodated the lens has become weak and is unable to support the lens. the lens itself has begun to fold on itself.
any help, advice, comments are very much appreciated,
