Upper Gastrointestinal and colonoscopy

Today I had an upper and lower endoscopy. The doctor said everything looked normal, and to follow up with him to discuss my symptoms, I have been have abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation which started in June, Three weeks ago, all of my symptoms started again with extreme fatigue. I am also feeling depressed.
