I was on the bus and felt a headache come on that soon got bad. It was a throbbing pain all over my head most of the time. About 15 minutes later, I started to feel my heart rate was racing and then I had severe chest pains. I had been shaking uncontrollably. I was almost off the bus when I think I alomost passed out because I saw many black dots and more streaks of colored light. Things seemed to get uieter around me and everything had a glow. Then I was able to come back into it and I got off the bus and walked into the ER. Lucky I was on a bus going right past a hopital...
