I have been following a diet of foods that are "Heart Healthy" since my heart attack. I've lost 15 lbs since my HA, but since I've been told I can only do 30 mins of walking or exercise bike, I'm going to start my own diet today, yet still follow the "Heart Healthy" guidlines. I've done a similar diet a few years ago and ended up losing about a pound a day, so I'm hoping this will work still and all my meds I am now on doesn't make it more difficult to lose weight.
