withdrawl

Hi everybody
First I am so grateful for all your support and help. My dr has told me that I can stop torturing myself and others around me, I am und. Will get labwork again in about 4 weeks.
yes its been hell. Even if something shows up in 6 weeks this is it for me. My liver enzymes are fine and liver is fine.No sign of the virus, and this dr(I had to change during mid treatment, I believe my first drs were mistaken, they were trying to kill the virus by killing me,)

I apologize for not being on for awhile, really isolated and was working through the side effects so I could retire with 30 years July 1st and I have..

I pray everyone is SVR or in treatment, minimal side effects.

I do have a question or 2. Are there withdrawl symptoms from stopping treatment. I have just started sleeping decent, no more nightmares either.
I have noticed a lot of gas, headaches and my bloodwork is still lower without treatment.
What can I expect possibly. The gas and bloating, upset stomach is almost comical.

I am still getting Neupogen and Procrit intermittently.

For those that kept up with my anemic journey to see Carol last year. We are still together long distance, love and miss each other and I plan to go be with her soon. Her daughter just got married.

During this time my Dad passed away, heart failure unexpedly, my son started school again. Mom had bladder surgery to remove a tumor. It was malignant and she still has cancer in her bladder lining, we are waiting to find out about an appt with an oncologist, and whether shell be doing chemo or what. She is 82.

I thank God for giving me the strength perserverance endurance and you for your support.

God Bless
love
Will

Hi Will,

Its so nice to hear your good news.  I hope you will get that SVR, and that you are feeling better soon.  It took me a while to really feel human again - can't really recall the exact timing but it was at least 2 months.

Thanks for updating us.  Its great news about Carol.  My condolences about your dad and my prayers for your mother.

Hey Una
Glad to hear from you.
Thanks how's justice these days.

Hope you are doing well and healthy.

any side effects that seemed like they'd never go away.

It really is good to hear from you, I think of you every time I get my Procrit injection.
