thought i could do this without chemo. have been stable since diagnosed in 2004. I try to eat foods as close to natural as God created them. Not much protein, a lot of bottled or filtered water, 1000 - 10000 mg of vitamin c per day, D-3, Magnesium and a natural Kidney & liver cleanse formula. I'm 72, do quite a bit of yardwork and housework for excercise, plus, I care for an almost 5 yr old (Dec) for 5&1/2 to 8 hours a day some days. She is ADHD, so....I guess you would count that as excercise,{ smile} I nap when i can, sleep an average of 7 1/2 hrs.per nite. I feel God has blessed me that i feel no worse than i do. He created me with an amazing amount of fortitude and willpower to keep me going when the going gets tough. God bless you all in meeting the hep c challenge!!!
