hello im 13 years old and pick out my eye lashes i have been doing it 4 5 years now and the comments i seen on medhelp and seen hwo many girls does it around the world makes me upset i have seen girls typing to medhelp in there 20s and i relized that i should STOP now before i still pick them when i am 20 an di dont want that this horrible habbit makes every one upset stressed after when the do it and upset becuase you seee people with long lush eye lashes and we have this habbit of pickign them off i dont want to but some how i doo and i wanna stop it so if you wanna have my help to stop maybe add me as a friend and we can stop together xxx

you can stop...when u get the urge just do something else....think about it..it takes 21 days to break a habit, thats it!....21 days you can do that !... get a calander and count 21 days and then mark them every day that you dont do it...it will get easier and easier to stop...if you do it...you gotta start counting again..... you can do it dont be scared
