Today I was able to run to the .5 mile marker on the same trail that I have been running/walking on. Yes, that is a major accomplishment for me as I never could run that far before without having to quit from exhaustion. :) I completed the trail in 32 minutes today, setting a new record from my previous record of 35 yesterday. :) It is the same trail that I have been exercising on since my start of exercise on 10/9/09, and now I am much better as I am crushing my previous time of 45 minutes. :)

This trail isn't that easy either as it has very steep hills rising and falling on it. :) I can run up them now, without getting as tired out! :) :) :)
