Ultrasound #2 (Perinatologist Visit)

At my 11w3d ultrasound, I had an NT Scan test done. We weren't very concerned at all about defects, but used this as another opportunity to see how baby was progressing.  The measurement was 0.6mm so no worries there.  I will get the results from the blood work later.  Hubby could not attend this appointment, but he will be present for the anatomy scan in December.  The baby's heart rate was 162 bpm.  Music to my ears :)  My estimated due date was officially declared May 8, 2010.



To My Unborn Child:  

Extreme joy!

That's the emotion that was running through Mommy's body when she saw you for the second time.  This time you actually looked like a little person lol.  You danced around a bit and the tech couldn't measure your heartbeat until you settled down.  Then when she tried to poke at you at the end of the ultrasound, you would not budge LOL.  I loved seeing you again and WE will see you on December 8.  Daddy missed you this time, but he will definitely be there for our next visit with you.
