bumps on my pubic area

i have genital warts and sumthing popped up looks like razor bumps but i havent shaved, but i popped them they didnt hurt first there was and 2 more poped up....i think i have a swollen lymph node....cant goto the doctor s i wanted to kno is it the warts cummin bac, body acne or sumthing else i dont feel sick or anything
the warts are probally coming back they will do it at times but you will have to fully treat them before sleeping with your partner.and they will have to get treated as well
