Frustration

Today I am just feeling very frustrated..I have had a horrible headache on and off for the last few days. Since Sunday when I woke up, my voice has been gone and my throat has been killing me. I think it's because it was so cold trick or treating and it must have bothered my asthma. It has been making me cough constantly and that seems to be triggering my Chiari and my head and neck have been hurting very badly. I have been trying baths, cold and heating pads, medicine and nothing is working. Its frustrating!!!
asthma can never be controlled if u r using heat pads.dont do that.whats ur related problem n what kind of medicine u r using for asthma?what else can u find is bothering u other than the above mentioned symptoms?
I had the ssame thing happen to me in July. I had lost my voice and had a relentless cough. I thought it was asthma and allergies but the usuall tricks didn't work. finally my doc gave me phenergan with codine and it did control the cough and evetually my voice came back. the codiene helped some with the pain (maybe because I wasn't coughing as much.)

Thanks! I have been on Topamax and it had been making my headaches better but lately they are bad again. So hopefully it's because of this cough. If I don't feel better by tomorrow I think I will call the dr :)
