So its dark out and the panic is starting to kick in... i havent gotten much sleep in the past week or so and feel exhausted... Can someone tell me that its a normal feeling when you dont get enough rest to feel a little shaky or anxious, or even a little sick like you catching a cold? I am trying really hard to control these anxiety attacks and dont want to freak out because of the way im feeling.
