So... losing sight of the goal line on the graph here... bad sign. Haven't gotten to the gym at all this week. More hours at work, which means snacking less because I won't be sitting at home, but less energy for actual exercise that doesn't involve running bras back and forth from the fitting rooms.
Diet kind of ****... tempted by more "instant" food to take for lunch. Need to get back to fresh, basic ingredients. Cheerios for breakfast, usually. Or eggs.
