whats wrong???

i have not gotten my menstrual since aug.4 and is now november..so its been 3months i have been taking pregnacy tests and they all come out negative:(these past 2days ive been having a dark brown discharge but no period.can i b pregnant??does somebody have an idea wat could it b?
