went to see kidney dr for 1st time

Have to stop taking lithium because it's the likely cause of my recent kidney damage. I'm afraid what will happen with my bipolar without it, But I'm also afraid for my life with it. I'm scared. This is new and confusing. I am afraid I'll go back to the dark place I live in before the lithium. I can't go there again.
