Just woke from a vivid dream involving me being out of breath from running. found myself breathing heavy like I couldnt catch my breath. Was hard for me to get my breathing to normal. Fast pulse, could feel my heart pounding in my chest.

Im still very tired and want to go back to sleep but when I dose off that feeling comes back again.
