Panick Attacks, Anxiety Disorder

I am on my 7th day of Remeron taking the whole 15mg. - I feel very groggy and my mind is foggy. I am tired and feel very anxious about perhaps I should switch back to Paxil as I have memeory loss with Remeron. I wonder if this is just temporary and it will go away or is it going to be permanent.
