cramping

Holly Hanna talk about bad cramping today. it was so bad I had to leave class half way through and come home to put a hot water bottle on my lower back. pain killers didn't even take it away. its now 6pm and im only just starting to feel better. I was hoping that the surgery would take away bad AF pains..... I hope its not always this bad!!!!!! Im thinking it was so bad because im still healing from surgery.
